There is nothing better than the wonderful, warming sensation of a heat rub and scent of Wintergreen, Peppermint and Eucalyptus on sore muscles. But when we realised popular muscle balms and liniments contain all kinds of synthetic ingredients like petroleum jelly & paraffins, we decided to make a completely natural version, that works brilliantly.

Our Muscle Rub is naturally warming with herbs traditionally used including Comfrey, Camphor, Wintergreen, Eucalyptus & Peppermint. Nothing nasty, and Shea butter with Olive Oil helps it glide on smoothly to moisturise skin.

How to use:

To apply, massage a small amount onto sore or tight muscles as needed or use as a massage oil. Apply to temples and around base of neck if a headache is coming on.

For ages 5 years & up.

Store below 25 degrees celsius.

Miracle balm in a tin

For over 15 months now I have suffered from excruciating pain in my shoulders from bursitis. No longer able to put my hands behind my back to tie up my apron or even put my hair in a pony tail.

I have been going to physio and we all know how expensive that is with a little relief on the day it was done. I think I have every pain relief spray and cream in my cabinet with no relief from any of them.

As this affects my sleep, I saw an add for the sleep balm and magnesium oil and thought that maybe they might help ( trying them tonight) and just happened to see the muscle rub and thought why not as the reviews looked good.

They arrived today and I have to admit I’m shocked at the results. I put a small amount of the muscle rub on my right shoulder and rubbed it in and within 30 seconds I had no pain and could move my arm freely. Tonight after my shower I did both shoulders and for the first time in over a year I could put both of my hands behind my back and did my hair in a ponytail. Truly thrilled with the results. Absolutely love it I rub it on my foot when going to bed as awaiting more surgery and it actually stops it from aching allowing me to sleep a lot better instead of tossing and turning only wish it came in a larger size pot.

The muscle rub smells divine. I use it to ease my aching muscles after cricket or a day in the garden. Easy to apply.
Will definitely buy more when I run out.
